I will get to the name later.. Welcome to the first post on my blog: Return to Nemingha. Starting off a trend I hope to continue - keeping things short and sweet. This blog will detail my attempt at modelling a section of the northwest from Currabubula to Nemingha, and maybe just in between (West Tamworth). It will be set mainly in 1984-1985 to capture the last of 45s as lead locomotives, and brake vans as the rear-guard; the remaining variety of commodities transported in different wagons, still numerous manned crossing stations, X200s, DEB sets, pay buses, transition from mail vans to Trackfast containers, the still commonplace use of 73 class to shunt, lingering employment of gravity discharge cement wagons; and of course, such a jumble of colours schemes, including the divisive candy! I believe this layout blog may be of interest for the fact it will start off quite differently - from the backdrops! My other hobby is oil painting, so I am hoping to show off how much of atmo
